We are a vegan restaurant in the heart of Barmouth, Wales, offering a thoughtfully set menu featuring organic, locally sourced, and foraged ingredients that celebrate the beauty of seasonal Welsh produce.

Sustainability and ethics are central to everything we do. From sourcing ingredients for our food and drinks menus to every detail of our operations, we strive to minimise our impact on the environment and uphold compassionate values.

At Foxglove, we’re proud to be part of a loving pack that includes four rescue dogs. We warmly welcome all beings — human and non-human — without prejudice. Everyone deserves a seat at the table, and we are honoured to create a space where kindness and community thrive.

Our menu

We offer a five-course menu alongside a three-course menu most Sundays. Starting in May 2025, we’ll be introducing a seven-course dining experience for those seeking something extra special.

Since our restaurant is small and intimate, we kindly encourage you to book in advance whenever possible. We look forward to welcoming you!

We have no formal dress code, but we kindly encourage guests to avoid wearing animal skin when visiting us. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing fur. Thank you for respecting our values.
