BOOKING RULES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We’re a small family-run restaurant, and every booking means the world to us. Please review our policy to help us serve you better.

For Parties Larger Than 8

For bookings of 8 or more guests, please contact us directly via phone, email, or social media. We’re happy to assist you with your reservation.

Reservations and Deposits

• A deposit of £30.00 per person is required to secure your reservation. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

• Our 5-course set menu costs £55.00 per person.

 

Cancellation Policy

• For our standard menu (£55), we require 72 hours' notice for any cancellations.

• For special menus (e.g., Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, NYE, special events), we require 5 days' notice.

• For groups of 4 or more, a minimum of 5 days’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.

• If any member of your party does not attend (no-show), we will charge the full menu price (£55.00 per person). Please notify us promptly of any changes in party size.

 

Delays and Table Holding

• If you’re running late, please contact us via phone or text message as soon as possible.

• We will hold your table for 20 minutes after your reservation time. After this, we cannot guarantee your table, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Dress Code

• We do not enforce a dress code; however, we kindly ask that you do not wear fur on our premises and encourage avoiding animal skin when dining with us.

ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

• We strive to accommodate food intolerances and are fully gluten-free. We can also accommodate nut intolerances with prior notice.

• Onion, garlic, and mushroom allergies/intolerances cannot be accommodated as these ingredients are integral to our wild, foraged tasting menu.

• To prioritize your health and safety, we reserve the right to cancel your table on the day if we are unable to meet your dietary requirements. Please ensure you inform us of any allergies well in advance.
