Sometimes people ask for the menu, and our weekly menu only lists the ingredients we use on the dish, while the presentation is a completely different story. Listing what we use helps our customers in making us aware of allergies and intolerances, how we plate each individual ingredient is left to you to discover! We usually explain the dish when we serve them, so don't be shy with questions!
